  So my car was totaled a few weeks ago. (Everyone is ok and I was not the driver) anyway I have had nothing but trouble dealing with geico! They lost my tags, one day they tell me they've sent my check the next day I speak with someone who says they have not sent it yet. it has been three weeks since they gave me a figure and said the "check's in the mail" They don't return my calls. Any suggestions on a different (better) insurance company?

  I've been with Allstate forever. Michelle Turner on TJ Drive. They treat me like a person and have handled any claims quickly and followed up to make sure I was happy. 301-662-4199
