  Not a personal trainer really, but maybe check out the Milwaukee recreation department. I take a cardio kickboxing class at the Beulah Brinton center in Bayview that is pretty fun and also cheap ($15 a month) and the instructor is really great. milwaukeerecreation.net

  The y and golds gym actually include classes in the monthly fee. Milwaukee rec (milwaukeerecreation.net) is about $27 for 5-7 classes - they've got a variety.

  Go to the Milwaukee Rec site and look under Aquatics. I think the closest one is South Division. You can also go to the Milwaukee County Parks site and see the listings for Pulaski Pool. http://www.milwaukeerecreation.net/
