He ignored our requests for what type of tenants we wanted in our house, he did not enforce the rental agreement and let the tenants destroy the house. We had thousands of dollars in repairs to get the house back in a condition so that it could be sold. Bob charged us for repairs that we never completed. He has repeatedly lied to us about the house. Now he doesn't return calls or emails and he owes us several thousand dollars that he says he collected in rent but he has never paid us. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this person he is a scam artist!
