In the name of being an effective nutritionist one day I am going to start trying some different eating plans. One month for each, I'm going to try gluten free, raw food (come summer), macro, a cleanse, a juice fast (those two for no longer than a week)...any other suggestions? They need to be vegetation (preferably vegan) or able to be made vegan. Also I'm not trying fad diets, just ways of eating that I would potentially ask of clients or that clients would ask me about.
