  I don't know if they have it in your area but we have tradebank.com. Also a post on a moms/parenting website might find you someone. Are there any music programs in colleges around there? I took lessons from a hs band teacher after hours. You could contact other local churches to see if they have anybody. Sounds good. Hope you find somebody. Your church doesn't have music programs?
