  Hi there, I work for Texas Longhorn Equities. We manage lots and lots of rental homes and duplexes. We charge 8%monthly management fees but handle everything from finding a qualified tenant (credit, criminal and rental history checks), maintenance(in house), etc. You just get your check monthly with an owner's statement.   ISO: 2-3 bedroom rental house, duplex or manufactured home in the Weatherford/Aledo area. It has to be $800 or less a month with a fenced yard even if it's tiny. We have a Boston Terrier(20lbs) and a Heeler(35-40lbs). We've had both dogs for 4 years and great rental references that include them. No pet damage. Our current lease is up Oct 31st but we have a deposit ready now if need be. Please message or reply with any options.

  Seen a lease sign in front of a Duplex on Jameson St. This morning, across from Crockett Elementary in Weatherford. Know nothing about it, but have seen other Residents there that have dogs. It has small fenced yard, looks nice. The ph. no. Is 817 560 4900 on sign
