  Dr. Elizabeth A Mullans 1233 west loop south Ste 1050 Houston TX 77027 713 623 2336 She is very thorough n informative. She treated me for a horrible rash during my pregnancy. I was so miserable that she gave me her personal cell ph# to call her any time of the night. In my opinion not many Doctors do that for their patients.
