  This is the company I order from- https://theperfumery.com/ and was grandfathered in before their large order requirements took place. They're great about sending samples, so you can contact them for a couple samples. Their prices are some of the best in bulk, and their product is really good. They are also a labeling company, meaning they sell in bulk to companies who put their own labels on them, so may be an option for you.
