  Coleman L. wrote: David Estey accepted a piano to sell on consignment, with contract stating minimum amount to be paid upon sale. The business did not notify me that the sale was made and did not return follow-up emails over a span of years. David Estey subsequently admitted to withholding information regarding the sale and keeping money instead of fulfilling contractual obligation. David Estey has continued to refuse payment in violation of contract.
