  Our plumber moved out of state - his recommended was Family Plumber 562-431-1960 reasonable and dependable. He gave them his work when he was overloaded with work. Have spoken to them but not needed their help.

  Soooooo...was having a pretty great day, getting much accomplished and then - in mid-dish wash - a big old pipe 'neath the kitchen sink sprung a big ole rusted-through hole and leaked a crap ton of water onto our kitchen floor. Waiting to hear back from our landlord, but if he doesn't have a LB plumber to recommend, do any of you?

  We use the Family Plumber for our rental properties. (562) 431-1960. Our house has a warranty company that sends out people they are contracted with and I like Family Plumber better, but I don't get to choose. Sorry about the pipe. I hope the damage is minimal.
