  Mike Hardy: Happy Saturday Everybody! My friend George Carson is moving to Long Beach from out of state and has never lived here before. He is looking for a month to month lease so that he can learn the area for a few months before deciding on a neighborhood to live in. He has simple needs but would like to be near downtown. He also wants to keep it below $900, studios or 1 bedrooms would be perfect. Any suggestions?
