  Ok, I need to look for a new pediatrician. I would love to use a really great practice with great doctors, that has good hours and does not make you wait for more than 30 minutes for your scheduled appointment, is connected with a good hospital, has multiple doctors on staff (but would like a specific doctor that is used on a regular basis) and is in or near the long beach area.   Island Pediatrics in Long Beach 889-1366. Still go to them even tho I moved to Merrick 17 years ago. I trust them and love them. My husband is a doctor and refers patients there all the time.
