Ok, my neighbors haven't steered me wrong yet.. any fair local electricians out there? Maybe even a handyman with an electrical license? Need a light fixture replaced but it's a looong hanging one. Like 8ft or so. Thanks, all!

Theo Linde. 215-290-6122. www.linde-electric.com. Lives in South Philly, on time on budget. Came as a referral thru Newbold Neighbors with rave reviews.
How's about a referral for an electrician that shows up? I'm in a kind of groundhog day existential thing where I call every day. every day he says he's coming. Every day he doesn't show.

Theo Linde 215-290-6122. Came referred to us and added a number of outlets for $400 or so. Very happy. has a website, uses email and I think is on "whats her names " list....
