  Hello, Looking for recommendations of reliable painter/decorators for preparing walls, painting and same for sash windows which I think need done sanding. Must be reliable, not cost the earth (fixed fee rather than hourly) and do a good job. Room is about 8 metres by 6 metres with 3 sash windows and a patio door (all wood frames). Plenty more work if first job works out for the right person. If quotes available even better. Please reply & will pm you. Thanks very much
