Anyone in Chicago have a great (non-creepy) chiropractor recommendation?

Chip affectionately calls Dr. Maureen Krueser "Manhands" which probably makes him the creepy one. She's a chiropractor and does naprapathy (?). Her number is 773.761.2383
Help friends! My back just went out. This has never to me before. I think the vigorous massage I had earlier popped a vertabra. I need excellent chiropractor recommendations. Thanks!

Dr. Maureen Kreuser in Rogers Park, on Arthur. She’s both a chiropractor and a naprapath, so she’s has a very well-rounded view of these things and she’s also great at treating with both careful manipulation and either heat or stim & ice, etc. She knows what to do! 1344 W Arthur Ave, Chicago, IL 60626 (773) 761-2383
Considering trying chiropractic service for pain ASAP - for the first time. Any fibromites or otherwise chronic pain folks want to weigh in on their experiences and advice? Thanks!
Amy K. replied:
I would highly recommend chiropractic, but because you are especially pain sensitive I would be careful about the type of chiropractic you see. Many types will move your body around with stronger force than will work for you. Have you heard of naprapathy? In IL, all naprapthists are also chiropractors. I call the treatments "chiropractic massage". Dr. Maureen Kreuser is in your neighborhood, and I recommend her highly. She can work as gently as you need. She also does acupuncture, 773.761.2383, 1344 W Arthur.
