  I just got a quarter sleeve from Mary Joy at Tattoo City. It's Don Ed Hardy's tattoo shop. If you only know the name through the douche clothing line, ignore. He is one of USA's OG tattoo gurus. His documentary "Tattoo the World" is on netflix. They do great work, all the artists are friendly. http://www.tattoocitysf.com/
