  Counselling services in south Birmingham Life seems to be a struggle right now and I think it's time I talked to someone about it. I've found someone who seems good nearby but frankly they seem a bit expensive - £140 for initial 90 minute session then £65 per 50 minute session after that. If that's the going rate for a decent psychotherapist then I'll pay it as my sanity is worth more than that. However if anyone has any recommendations I'd welcome them.   Cedar Counselling at the Meridian Centre on Yardley Wood Road. Minimum voluntary contribution depending on your income for a 50 minute session. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
