  All depends on where you go, the general tattoo artist charges $100 per hour, and a half sleeve will take 10 to 20 hours depending on the design. But if you a famous tattoo artist, expect to pay $350 to $1000 per hour. But paying more dose not mean it will be the best. Go to http://scottcampbellstudio.com/ he charges $1000 per hour, one of the highest paid tattoo artists, but when I look at his work, I do not see it being worth the charge
