  Hey Nina! I've been going to Eyecare Connection (Waterford & Highland Twp) for the past 15+ years. I love Dr. Klar, he's fantastic. Not sure if they take HAP or not, but the website says they take most insurances. Good luck! http://www.eyecareconnection.com/
