  Kathleen. Tell him to go to 203 kcontractors.com and register on there. This is a directory for certified 203K contractors. I believe it was started by Paul Welden who was a realtor out in Arizona. He did some presentations about a year ago in Providence and in Newton for Exit and other realtors. Check it out
