I'm redoing my web site, and thousands of dollars and hours later, after all content has been uploaded and we are supposed to launch, my California-based web designer reveals she cannot make my site look good on mobile devices and has no solution or recommendations for me. Her only suggestion is to launch it as it will look good on a desktop but most people are mobile these days!!
