  http://thecatdr.com/ I absolutely love The Cat Doctor, and specifically Dr. Andeer. They're up by the Art Museum which I know isn't South Philly but they helped me through a different time with my kitty who had hyperthyroidism. They gave me plenty of options on how to proceed and were really great until he died. They sent me a heartfelt card with all of the staff's signatures that I had become close to me throughout his illness. I truly can't give them more of a heartfelt recommendation.
