  Hi folks, My partner and I are contemplating doing some work on our house including a loft conversion and some internal remodelling etc. Does anyone who has had any work done on their home in the last few years have any recommendations for good, reputable (and reasonable?!) building firms in the area?   we had loft conversion and ground floor renovation done by http://www.simplyloft.co.uk/ , based in balham. they followed the entire process and provided us the builders from http://www.buildlondon.com/ . all done in time at fixed price and with usual 10 years warranty. The price was really competitive too, so would recommend with no hesitation.
