  We used Boulder Roofing (303 443-4646). Clay@Clay is the owner and he is a wonderful guy who has been in business for many years. We have used him twice in our 23 years here. Wonderful detail on bid, very competitive, very workable on options. We went with hail resistant shingles and get $200 saving every year from State Farm. NOTE: - These homes need more venting than originally built, so consider "ridge vent" shingling. Scott
