  JOB OPENING - CONTRACTOR NEEDED From Ernie Hobbs I have a house that needs to be rehabbed. In search of a general contractor or handyman who has experience rehabbing houses at a reasonable price. Must be insured. Must have several sources for quality, discounted materials and be able to provide those materials (as part of the bid) and deliver to worksite.
