Through a travel agent, cruise line directly or though Cruises Only, Cruise Critic websites...or other. HELP looking to book a cruise for my 65 Birthday next December.   We mostly use Carnival and book directly....have also heard good reviews of rci cruiser. So far I've been able to beat anything I've seen elsewhere by working with a PVP at Carnival.
