I've been through the process of feeling like crap, having no energy, being unhappy with my body and all the negative psychological stuff that goes a long with that.
So what I aim to do with my clients is to help them to get to a better place of health with easy and sustainable modifications to their life to help them get into their ideal shape.

Can anyone recommend a good personal trainer that will do a diet plan as well as exercise regime ?

1- we all spend at least 100 a night on drink at the weekend so spending that a week on your health is a no brainer 2 - do u want to get REAL results that will last? If so find someone who at least looks and sounds like they know what they're talking about 3 - I'd recommend Aaron Smyth if you are genuinely serious about achieving your results 4 - I can preach about this stuff as I can lift over my weight on all Olympic lifts, am under 15% body fat (thanks to Aaron) and in addition to PT from Aaron do crossfit 5 days a week #preach
