  Ideo Verve, it's right next to On Nut BTS (literally at the bottom of the steps of exit 1) and rooms are from 18 k a month - suspect you could probably offer lower for the slightly smaller rooms on lower floors. It has an awesome pool, one of the best I've seen and they clean it every month, the fitness room is decent (3 x treadmills, 2 x bikes, 2 x recumbent bikes, 2 x elliptical trainers, 1 x multi gym and dumbbells up to 10 kg with 3 benches). All the kit in there is good quality Life Fitness stuff. It also has a library with Wifi and is secure (card only goes to ground floor, car park floors, pool floor and your own floor - need a card to get through the gate, front door, into the lift area and to use the lift (up or down). There are 4 security guards on duty at all times and they are all friendly and professional. In the car park there's a laundry room with 4 washers and 2 dryers. In the carpark there are lockers for washbox24.com I'm not an agent - I've just lived here for 2 years and it's a great building. I think there's no agent here now, you just need to rock up and speak to someone at reception (and bring ID to leave with security at the gate).
