Ted B. wrote: I took my cat into this facility October 14th 2017 ...She was in renal failure given a life expectancy of 6 months ...I have taken 6 other pets here and as long as you do not need aftercare was always ok with them....However this time November 7th the cat had another uti....I had called a vet and ask industry standard on getting another prescription for the antibiotic given and told 30 days was standard to get another without a visit....The Doctor stated on Nov 6th that I had to contact office manager to ask for this as the doctor who treated her was out several days....So I did that protocol.....Response " The doctor that saw her is not here so you have to be seen again to get antibiotic and that since I told just wanted to keep her as happy as possible during her last days she held to that.....So we have records from such a short time back and the doctor there does not have the ability to read chart and call in script!!!!! The truth is it is all about more money and the 600.00 plus already spent....Their add states Compassion and load of other thing that I have not experienced there...pet owners be Aware....Was this review helpful to you? -
