Sit, RELAX, DROP your shoulders (turn palms up) & breath out. Allow your face to relax... jaw slightly open... eyes closed...now...breath in deeply through your nose, fill your lungs,2,3,4,(5,6,7)hold...blow out of your mouth..2,3,4,5,6,7(8,9,10,11) & as if you are blowing up a balloon. empty your lungs. hold. repeat this twice more,(3 times) on the third breath out hold the breath at the bottom and relax your breathing as if you are 'asleep' allow yourself to breath quietly, gently & CALM. Now your breathing is 'STILL & CALM', relax for as long as you can. I used to use Harbour Dental care in High St, I saw Malcolm and was very sad when I moved away. They are private, but worth every penny. http://www.harbourdentalcare.co.uk/ They specialise with nervous patients too. x
