  Not right in Germantown, but nearby: Incognito (yes, that's really his last name) Auto Repair at 424 W. Mt. Pleasant Ave. I't's set back from the street with a parking area at the front. Sometimes a bit slow, but VERY honest. 215 247 4480. He didn't charge me for a car part until he was sure that it fixed the problem.
