  Hi, Looking for some MacBook Pro help please. It won’t shut down unless we force quit but then won’t restart, gets stuck on bar under apple symbol. Ran an internet diagnosis (command r), then it does reboot, but as soon as we try to shut down, same issue and cycle starts again. It won’t open in safe mode either. Any ideas? Thank in advance

  I fix them for a living, okay what is the MacBook model and OS version I.e. 10.10.5, to get this info click on the Apple menu and go to About this Mac and would also recommend Iconology 01303 813700

  I can highly recommend Iconology, they are just off of Ashford. They even managed to pull some strings and get my MacBook Pro repaired under warranty even though it technically expired 👍
