After 40 years of running, I am looking for some advice: Some time after my last race (St George Sizzler) my left hip started feeling like it wanted to "pop" - like a knuckle. Then, during several faster training runs, I did some damage to my left hamstring. even after 3 or 4 months, I do not see improvement, in fact I think it is getting worse! :( Hence no running or races in months :(!!! SO, I am looking for some ideas/recommendations on a massage therapist, or something similar that can get what ever is torn deep inside my hamstring to loosen up, relax, and HEAL!! Ideas?
