  My physical therapist is named Annette at Evergreen Physical Therapy in Pasadena. Their # is 626-683-8536. It may be worth it to call and ask if they can recommend anyone to you in Colorado. Also, you should message my friend Sarah Troicky. She worked at ALTA physical therapy in Boulder for years and may have a good recommendation for you.
