  Mixed review on BGE home from me. Excellent electrical work for us but HVAC guy told us we needed a new unit when he came to do an annual inspection/review. Two other HVACs guys told us no. That was 5 years ago- AC still running fine. S&K, now http://www.onehouraircentralmd.com/ are excellent- not sure if they come into downtown Baltimore.
