  Biggerpockets becoming very heavy handed with asking for referrals - where else can I ask for professional referrals? I own some rental properties and in the past I've always used biggerpockets as my go-to for getting property management recommendations. I just created a new thread asking for Orlando STR managers, and within 2 minutes I was messaged saying my posting was removed because asking for referrals is like advertising and I have to purchase their PRO plan to post advertisements. Feels to me like a money grab, I'm very disappointed they're turning this way. What's another good resource to ask fellow investors for people/company recommendations? **EDIT:** I understand a lot of people share my frustration with BP's new direction. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like there are any alternatives yet (I'm not going to keep using BP anymore, just sucks there's no other forum to fill the void)

  Go on roof stock.com. if they have a house listed for the city you are investing in, they'll have vetted a couple of management companies. Give those companies a call. If they're a bad fit, maybe they can refer you.

  If your going with a king. Don't buy one around here I went thru 2 of them from Levin's in 3 years because they sag. Order a king off ghost bed.com. there cheap and the best bed I've ever owned . Plus they ship it right to your doorstep

  I am looking for a TWIN memory foam that is reasonable as it is for a spare room....after I sell the wood full size futon that is in there now (too big for the room!). Anyone bought what is called a bed-in-a-box where the mattress is compated and shipped in a box. May have to store it till the futon sells.

  My dude... You need that sterns and foster matress. You spend half your life in bed. Trust me... Greatest thing I ever bought. That memory foam is just cancer in your nostrils... It doesn't go with the rest of your natural steel cut oatmeal fitness swag

  I had a temperpedic a few years ago. I liked it in the beginning but not later. We just got the sleep number and it's amazing, which is why it's expensive, but the whole bed massages..and you can adjust how firm or soft it is, and u can finance it and try it out for 90 days.

  My bed frame is from ikea. It's a "minimalist" design and it's under 200$. Take a look-- they have excellent options to work with

  Fyi i fixed furniture for Bobs i know they got good deals but be careful their shit is cheaply made shit so you get what you pay for a good bed can be expensive but i would invest because a good one should last you at least 10 years!

  I was just in a store on Friday, and I can't remember which one!! Either Ashley, Bassett, or Raymour and Flanagan...one of those places had a really nice bunk bed set in the clearance section!!!
