Ok fitness friends!! I'm reaching out to any and all of you!! I NEED help!!! I have 30 pounds I NEED to lose and am having an incredibly hard time getting motivated an or knowing what's best to do!! If y'all could please either comment or PV message me some helpful tips that would be amazing!!!! Oh and if any of you know any good exercises to do either at home or in a gym (hate the gym but I'll do anything right about now) that would be great and if anyone wants to hold me accountable that would be awesome too!! Haha!!
