Sophisticake has become somewhat of a tourist attraction as the wedding cake of HRH The Prince of Wales & the Duchess of Cornwall was made here & a full sized replica is in the window. Dawn undertakes talks, demonstrations & workshops throughout the year. Classes are also held at the shop & stunning icing work & cakes are on show. Simply the premier cake maker in Lincolnshire.
