  Ok, I need a phone call management system for our company (myself and 3 other agents) that does the following... People call our main number that is posted on our signs, MLS, marketing materials, website, etc. I want a system that allows me to assign one of my buyer's agents 2-3 days of being "on-call" to receive any leads that come in, then it switches to the next agent for 2-3 days, and so on... One centralized number that can be forwarded to others...Anyone know of a system that can do this? We currently use Grasshopper, but their system forces you to physically go in and change everything every 2-3 days. I want something I can set up once for weeks/months in advance, and not deal with it again.

  As much as I have enjoyed Proquest over the last several years, I will be giving it up for a total solution. BetterVoicemail.com is a great service for the front end and backend (800 #'s).

  I've been using Hotline America for my 1800#'s. I'm sure a lot less feature-packed as proquest, but it's also inexpensive at $16/month for 25 numbers. I looked into that Better Voicemail system... still considering it, but what do you do if there aren't 4 digits on an address... like 52 Main Street or 12345 Anystreet?
