  The current seller lead generation platforms available in my opinion are far from ideal. Most seller landing pages are not able to pull in the juicy seller leads everyone wants and needs. There is a big difference between a prospect wanting their home's value and a prospect wanting to contact an agent so they can sell their home. If your planning on advertising via Google Adwords you need a website that can provide high quality scores on the keywords your bidding on otherwise your going to pay a lot more than you need to for PPC. I designed/developed a seller lead generation landing page that is converting actual seller leads to listings and it's doing it surprisingly well. The lead quality is far superior compared to results in the past using older less efficient websites. If you want high quality seller leads you should check out the mechanics of how I engineered the lead capture process with this new website my client's are using (link below). The benefit of having this website is that it's built on WordPress, you get to use your own domain, It's branded, has a blog, mobile responsive, provides an instant valuation and it's geared for on-page SEO. I also decided to eliminate a step in the lead capture process to make the lead conversion more efficient. I felt there's no need to have a prospect confirm the home's details when the home's physical address already provides the most important information you need to begin gathering the prospects personal data. Now here's the kicker. I'm really not looking to sell this website to the masses. I plan on using this website to separate my clients from our competition.
