  I have Cartavi and Dotloop. The California thing sucks its as much Dotloop's problem as it is CARs. Not sure if it will get resolved. As a long time and I mean super time time Docusign user, DotLoop is nice and if CAR and Dotloop can come to an agreement, I'd probably not need Docusign anymore.

  I don't want to get into it today but security is the #1 issue with selecting an e-signature platform. Brokers need to be able to warrant the signature to manage liability and future audits. Docusign provides an the warrant that makes a broker safe. Cartavi gives the usage and manageability for all the documents that an agent uses. Easy e-sigs is fun, C+D (and others) are for business.

  Cartavi allows you to create a virtual transaction room where you can easily invite everyone involved in the deal to access the documents they need, or add documents others need. Our title company now sends all of our documents into Cartavi including the final closing packet. Think of it as a user friendly Dropbox on steroids.

  I hope that one of the benefits of Cartavi is that it doesn't rely on everyone having to use Cartavi. For those you work with that are tech savvy and paperless, invite them into the transaction room in Cartavi and exchange documents with them in the ro om. For those that aren't tech savvy or paperless, you can email and fax documents to them from Cartavi (web, phone or tablet) and they can email and fax documents to you.

  I use Cartavi for document/contract mgmt; WiseAgent for my day to day calendar, task lists, etc.. and ReferralMaker for managing/executing my business
