  Just make certain that whomever you hire doesn't get their inspiration from another company's logo design (in or outside the real estate biz) and make some minor changes and sell it to you. You get what you pay for and when you hire a branding consultant/graphic designer you'll most likely receive a custom logo, and carefully thought-out and crafted design based on what your company is all about. # Justsayin '
