  In prep for Bear Week each year, I scout accommodation refs on the group & event walls. People looking for others to share an accommodation and then others looking for a place to rent... I try to collect everything to list here on the group wall. It is up to individuals to contact each other and coordinate accommodations. (i.e. I'm not a travel agent :-) ) The "running tally" seems to be very helpful. Keep in mind that once I post the lists, each person has to pursue their accommodation. WATCH THIS SPACE!
