  Looking to see if any of my friends can help or recommend someone who can. We are trying to fix up my Uncle's house that passed away to get it ready to sell. Things that need to be done (that we can't do ourselves) are: replacing kitchen countertop/sink, installing GFIs in the kitchen and bath, possibly unclogging some slow drains, possibly refinishing hardwood floors. "Side jobs" okay but for the bookkeeping of the estate we need an invoice in writing... Can pay in cash!
