  Can someone please guide me to sources in NYC (brooklyn) that offer cheap TNR? I contacted a person who does TNR and he said it will cost me $50-$60. My friend (elderly lady) feeds a colony of 20 cats in her backyard and sometimes they're poisoned by neighbors or they die because of accidents. Im trying to help her, and she wants the help, but she does not have the means for transportation or financial resources. Im willing to cover part of the financial TNR work but we need affordable options. Please help. Thank you.

  I like Julie's recommendations. Just in case you need other option, I would recommend my TNR Vet in Brooklyn (Have done over 20 cats at the clinic) FaithfulFriends Animal Hospital, 2455 McDonald Avenue, Brooklyn, 718-339-7387. Fees are $55/65 for S/N and Rabies Vacc. I always add FVRCP for $9/10. By the way, it is the same as ASPCA to get rescue fees, you should be TNR Certified.
