  Mark I disagree because they fixed mine for free. you can call them at 1-800-726-7864 Hey it's a free call and potentially a free repair. BTW - Samsung settled a big lawsuit over capacitors they used in their tV's and they will repair the TV for free even if it's past the warranty period. I have 5 Samsung's and two have been repaired for free post warranty.

  call Samsung, it should be a free warranty repair. mine did the same thing & they sent a repair guy to fix it for free, parts & labor free

  Yes I do have access to parts If you do 3 rd party repair which is all samsung does anyways the labor is only one hour fee should be less then $80
