  I am hoping my good neighbors can help me out. Unfortunately I am going to be selling my Beechmont home soon. Both of my children are going to be moving out and on their own, and the house and yard is just too much for me. Before I can list, I need a carpenter to build my steps going to a bedroom and replace a door frame. Any recommendations for a reasonable carpenter? Also---I am terrible at landscaping and just want some easy ideas to make my home have more curb appeal. Any creative people out there willing to give me some ideas on what I can do to spruce things up outdoors? Many thanks to all!!
