  Recommended home builders in Ann Arbor area? We are considering buying land and building a home on the outskirts of Ann Arbor. Can anyone please recommend a builder they've had a good experience with and that provides a good value in terms of quality vs price? If it helps, we will likely do middle tier build material, want an open concept, and may implement a few energy efficient or green concepts, but our budget is limited, largely due to the price is land.
