  We've used http://www.bluewaternc.com for Emerald Isle and http://www.rentalsatthebeach.com for Oak Island and have stayed partial weeks (sometimes it's not listed on the website but if you email or call they will provide a list).

  Hi Susan Batchelor! Call Oak Island Accommodations at 800.243.8132. They offer vacations rentals, some of which are pet friendly. Depending on when you are coming into town, they may have a lead on properties that would do a three week rental at a better rate than what you would normally pay for a weekly rate (would be hard if you're coming during prime season).
