  Question: Are you gluten-free? I'm going gluten-free, as I'm thinking that it will be good for my epilepsy. If you're gluten-free or know somebody who is, I'd be grateful if you'd get in touch with me. There have to be some great gluten-free restaurants here in Nashville that I don't know about, or places with some good menu alternatives, plus a good grocery store for this stuff. Any wisdom you can share on going gluten-free would be greatly appreciated. If you have a friend (perhaps a Nashvillian) who knows about this stuff, please do share the request for info with him or her.
